Registration in the UAE PASS system is the method used to register through Ajman Pay portal. The user must have done his account in the UAE PASS.

The system collects only the personal information necessary to complete the registration process and electronic payment transactions and by using this portal you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy

The Department of Finance takes a range of precautions:

Be careful when receiving any emails asking you to disclose any personal or banking information. Please note that Ajman portal will not request any personal or confidential information (such as password, credit card number.... Etc.). If you receive such requests, do not respond and please notify the Department of Finance immediately.

This common system of the Ajman Government and its employees follows a comprehensive and strict information security policy, only authorized employees have access to personally identifiable information, and these officers have undertaken to ensure the confidentiality of this information, and the Ajman Government's Unified Identity System implements procedures. Accurate to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of information.

The Government of Ajman has the right to take measures that it deems appropriate to protect against any loss, misuse or alteration of information in the system.

Only the laws of the UNITED Arab Emirates are applicable in all disputes that may arise because of the use of this system, and the UAE courts are exclusively competent to hear and decide on such disputes.
